an entry from yesterday...

Spent almost half a day with my bestie yesterday and we bought each other a charm bracelet! This time, we decided to invest in something more expensive (which equates to better quality to our understanding). The last time when we were less well-to-do, we bought something that fell apart after a while!!

So, it's good getting something of better quality at times.

Anyway, we were told by the salesperson that our bracelet purchase entitled us to shopping vouchers in Suntec City. Happily, we strutted over to the information counter for the redemption and got 4 booklets in total. We left the counter beaming and opened up the booklet to see how much each one was worth and alas! to our amazement (or embarrassment), we realised it was vouchers for the kiddy rides upstairs! No wonder the lady was giving us the weird stare when we excitedly asked for the vouchers!

Met up with the JEDI people briefly before heading for Corporate Prayer meeting with them. Was a great time of seeking and hearing from God as a church and being affirmed and encouraged by God in many ways.

Looking back, many things have happened in just a month. A month ago, I was still in hospital, holding and talking to Mum. But now, Mum is not with us anymore. A month ago, I was still unfamiliar with the JEDI group; but now, I feel like I'm a part of them. All in all, God has and is watching over me. Regardless of the situation, I will still praise and love Him.
